Adjacent to the town of Yerington, Nevada; ~70 mi SE of Reno by road; 10 mi from Wabuska rail spur. Former Anaconda open-pit copper mine (operated 1952–1978, producing ~1.7 Blbs Cu). Site is subject to EPA Superfund environmental remediation with liability retained by ARCO/BP West Coast Products.
Paved and gravel road access. Former mine infrastructure (pit, tailings impoundment, heap leach pad) present on site. Adjacent to agricultural area; Yerington municipal services nearby. Power and water infrastructure in the region.

HISTORIC PRODUCTION (1952-1978): The Yerington Mine is a former Anaconda Copper Company open-pit mine that produced approximately 1.7 billion pounds of copper between 1952-1978. Later ownership included ARCO (1977-1978) and Arimetco, which operated heap leach operations from ~1984-1997.
Royalties: 2% NSR on Yerington Pit and MacArthur mine areas, capped at $7.5M (payable upon mine production)
